IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR Job Summary
Under limited supervision, responsible for the installation, availability, reliability, performance and maintenance of supported systems. This includes day-to-day management, operational support, upgrade and implementations, and long-term planning for systems including but not limited to Microsoft Windows Server platforms, and related software applications. Provides Tier 2 support to the organization. Works with IT staff in training employees on IT equipment, applications and procedures. Coordinates maintenance and ensures the proper operation of core systems and applications. Responds to emergency IT situations during off-hours as required. Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in information technology systems, computer science, or a related field and experience in information technology systems or a related area. Relevant experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis. Must possess and maintain a valid SC driver's license. Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate IT SYSTEMS ENGINEER Job Summary
